Looking for a quality driver, but willing to accept a few cosmetic blemishes in order to save a LOT OF MONEY? If so, this is a must-consider Jeep. With only 88k original miles, this unit falls in the 89-91 model year range and offers anyone searching for a regular, reliable driver Woody a real value buy. It has been put through the full Wagoneer World mechanical review (see the highlight list of completed work below) so you can be confident in its mechanical capabilities. Although it has not been cosmetically reconditioned at this point, the Jeep still looks very nice and we have detailed the cosmetic flaws below for your consideration. Please note, all of these can be easily fixed at our shop, be done at a later time or can be left as is. You decide!
Here is a list of the known cosmetic issues:
• Roof under the luggage rack has a few small spots where the clear coat is fading (overall paint looks good)
• Jeep has been repainted -- looks good, but has some minor imperfections, including a few paint chips
• Roof has a couple of dings on the edge of the roof rack (probably carrying something that dropped and dinged the roof)
• Passenger rear quarter has a ding on the corner by the bumper (close-up pic below)
• Passenger side along the hood has a ding (close-up pic below)
• Wheels are original/have not been refinished, but still look nice
• Comes with Dunlop white lettered tires instead of WSW -- they are the correct size with 90%+ of the tread remaining
• Carpet on the passenger side rear corner of the cargo area has some dry rot (pictured below)
• Has original dealer-installed sunroof, but glass portion does not slide open
This is a lot of Jeep for the money. By concentrating on the mechanics, we have kept the price extremely low while still delivering a mechanically sound driver that as the pictures show still looks sharp. Plus, the interior is clean, the seats have no rips or tears. The undercarriage and frame are both rust-free and clean. You can be proud to own and drive this Jeep.
